The AC-2100 is the ideal reader for use in biometric/RFID authentication systems, with an LCD screen and voice messages that enable easy user interface. The operating frequency of the RFID reader can be either 125 kHz (AC-2100RF) or 13.56 MHz (AC-2100SC), according to the model. Up to 100 users can use the AC-2100 simultaneously, recording up to 5000 events.
User authentication can be done by biometrics and/or an RFID card. After authentication, the reader activates a relay that releases the lock. It has an intelligent algorithm that use electrostatic capacitance technology to distinguish between real fingers and digital counterfeit material (such as paper, rubber, silicone, etc.), thereby avoiding security breaches.
