Procedures to send equipment to Tech Assistance - Download

Before sending equipment to ACURA's Tech Assistance, see if the defect present is on the equipment itself and not in the Software, Controller, Converter or Power Supplies.

In case you are sure that the equipment is defect, read the sending conditions following, so that we can offer a faster response:

  1. Every product sent to ACURA Tech Assistance must be sent with the fare paid, otherwiswe it won't be received.

  2. Every product sent to ACURA Tech Assistance must be sent with the RMA form and the invoice, conforming data below:
