Exporta Award homages ACURA Global in São Paulo

Award is made by the Federation of Commercial Associations in São Paulo and by São Paulo Chamber of Commerce - organ of Commercial Association that provides commercial relations between brazilian and international companies.

In this monday, 24/2, companies from all of the state received the "Exporta, São Paulo" award in the Novotel São Paulo Jaraguá Conventions hotel, in the center of São Paulo capital. That was the 9th edition of the award, aimed at improving exportations of companies of São Paulo.

ACURA Global was awarded in the region of Grande ABC (RA 2) for being a company that adopted in its commercial practices actions that are highlighted in the international market and with new products for exporting. "This award reassures our work of commercial expansion beyond our frontiers" says Ricardo Kimura, ACURA Global's technical director. "We are increasing our participation in the latin american market. We have branches in California, US (ACURA USA) and Santiago in Chile (ACURA LATIN AMERICA) to increase our participation in the international market" complements Kimura.

The award is made by the Federation of Commercial Associations in São Paulo and by São Paulo Chamber of Commerce - organ of Commercial Association that provides commercial relations between brazilian - mainly São Paulo - and international companies. The "Exporta, São Paulo" award was delivered to companies that embrace the 20 Regional Management of Facesp, from industrial, services and commercial sectors. Among the people present in the event were the president of Facesp and ACSP, Rogério Amato; Alencar Burti; president of Boa Vista Serviess, Dorival Dourado; representatives of CECIEx, of the USP Agency of Innovation and Technologic Exporting Support Program - PROGEX-IPT.

Kimura received the award on behalf of ACURA Global and commented: "In this year of 2014, I highlight that we will take part in technology events outside of the country, like the RFID Journal LIVE! which will be realized in Orlando, US, in April 2014".

The companies awarded are part of the Exporta São Paulo database. Today, 3.5 thousand companies are related to Exporta, São Paulo, number that represents around 45% of all exporter base of the state, around 7.6 thousand companies. The project was born in 2004. Since then, the objective is finding producers from the capital and other areas of São Paulo who are interested in starting exports or then increase sales internationally. "With the "Exporta, São Paulo", we mobilize for the great efforts that enterpreneurs in the state make to greatly expand their sales internationally, allowing for more profit and job opportunities", says Rogério Amato, president of Sebrae-SP.
