L-A202 RFID Reader

The L-A202 is a powerful reader of reduced dimensions. It works in the 433 MHz frequency and may be used as standalone as well as with other readers. It reads active AcuWave tags, supports different kinds of antennas and is backwards compatible with the L-A201.

The L-A202 reader detects and decodes RFID signals emitted by AcuWave line's active tags. The received information is converted in data and transmitted through RS-485 network of up to 255 readers, using CAT5 cables. The communication between the server and the first reader may also be through any of the three interfaces. The reader accepts the connection of different types of omnidirectional Stub and Whip antennas, aside from directional antennas, such as Patch. The reader has two function modes: auto polling, where sending commands is not necessary to read tags; and software polling, where it is needed to send commands to read tags.
