Brascol, known as the biggest wholesaler and distributor of baby and children fashion in Brazil, deployed an RFID solution to optimize its stock control, amplify its operating economy and, primarily, offer an optimized customer relations experience.

With a little more than one month of use of the solution developed by ITAG, the company has already decreased from 1 hour to 20 minutes the average time of attending with around 500 products in four carts. The used products in Brascol's solution were the EDGE-50 and the AT-870 from ACURA.

”It is about a great gain in agility which is directly noticed by the customers. We believe this will bring well being and consequent loyalty of our customers”, says Nina Kudagawa, Brascol manager, who works for 25 years in the Shopping Mega Polo Moda, in São Paulo (…)
